By purchasing, you express your agreement to the terms below. All private data is strictly protected. The seller reserves the right to change the terms at any time and without prior notice. Changes apply from the moment of their publication.
The company Colby d.o.o. does not warrant the correctness and completeness of the data on the e-commerce pages, nor does it warrant the correctness and completeness of the textual, pictorial or audio material.
All communication between the customer and the company Colby d.o.o. in electronic form is considered as if it was made in writing and has the validity of a contract.
The e-commerce is open 24 hours a day, every day. Due to various technical or other reasons, business through our e-commerce or even access to the store is sometimes not possible. Therefore, Colby d.o.o. reserves the right to limit or completely stop the sale of some or even all products for a definite or indefinite period of time or to limit or completely stop access to the e-commerce site or otherwise restrict or stop the operation of the e-commerce.
The contract can be concluded only in the Slovenian language.
The user of the website does not incur any costs related to the use of the means of communication in connection with the use of this site. Colby d.o.o. does not charge any additional costs related to the use of the means of communication.
Colby d.o.o. assumes no responsibility for any damage to your hardware or software due to visiting and operating the e-commerce sites or for any damage caused by the products or in any way related to the products purchased through the e-commerce.
By registering in the igabiba.com online store, you become a visitor, and with a confirmed registration, you become a member of igabiba. Both the visitor and the member (hereinafter also the user) acquire the right to purchase in the igabiba.com online store.
Any visitor can register as an igabiba member online. Upon registration in the igabiba.com online store, the visitor obtains a username that is the same as their e-mail address, and a password. The username and password connect the member with the entered data. The member can access and change their data in the account settings at any time.
Igabiba.com guarantees that it will provide the customer with the following information before the commitment with the contract:
- data on the manager of the igabiba.com online store (name and registered office of the company, registration number),
- contact details for fast and efficient communication,
- basic product properties,
- availability of products (we try to have stock for all products available in the online store or provide a reasonable delivery time),
- terms of delivery of products (method, place and deadline of delivery),
- prices are clearly set, all prices already include tax,
- methods of payment and delivery,
- temporal validity of the offer,
- the period within which it is possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal are described in the rights to withdraw from the purchase and return of goods, in accordance with Article 43 of the ZVPot.
The offer of products in the e-commerce is entirely published in the Slovenian language and changes frequently, so we have marked the products differently to make them more recognizable. The offer is valid until the publication of the new price list.
Exclusive. The term exclusive refers to all products that are currently available in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia only in the igabiba.com online store.
Last pieces. For each product, we find information about the current stock. When the stock is reduced to five or fewer pieces, a warning and a stock timer appear.
No stock. The product is currently out of stock, which means that it is not in stock in the central warehouse and we are waiting for re-delivery.
Sold out. The product is sold out, it is not in stock in the central warehouse, the new delivery time is unknown.
Open packaging. The product has open packaging, but the product is flawless and unused. The price of the product is further reduced.

Colby d.o.o. reserves the right not to offer all methods of payment for all products. Changes to any payment system may also occur without prior notice. Prices and stock
All prices are expressed in EUR (€) and include VAT at the prevailing rate in the country of delivery.
Prices in the online store often change, so we marked them differently, all offers are valid until the publication of a new price list.
The same regular price applies to the purchase of unregistered users (visitors) and igabiba members. Prices are valid at the time of the order and do not have a predefined validity. Colby d.o.o. reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
Despite efforts to provide accurate and up-to-date information, there may be incorrect price information or a price change during order processing. In such a case, igabiba will allow the customer to withdraw from the purchase.
All prices are valid according to certain payment terms listed in the Payment methods and Payment terms.
Promotional prices are limited in time and are valid for the entire duration of the campaign or until stocks are sold out. All promotional prices are marked and apply to both members and visitors to the igabiba.com online store.
Discounts obtained in the IGABOOSTER program can also be claimed by the customer also with promotional prices, except in promotions where you receive another product free of charge when you purchase one product.
We try to ensure that all products published in the igabiba.com online store are also in stock. If it happens that we do not have a product, we guarantee a reasonable delivery time.
After the purchase in the online store and after the delivery of the ordered products, the seller sends the invoice in pdf format to the customer's e-mail address, a copy in electronic form is also stored at Colby d.o.o. The contract is stored electronically at Optimus d.o.o. with the user being able to access it on the page https://www.igabiba.com/account/, where they must enter its number before viewing the contract. The customer receives an invoice for each order separately.
The invoice shows the price of the purchased products, VAT and all costs related to the purchase.
Before confirming the purchase, the customer is obliged to check the correctness of the data. Later objections raised regarding the regularity of issued invoices are not taken into account.
How will the ordered goods be delivered to you?
The ordered goods will be delivered by our contractual partner Pošta Slovenije or DPD. The customer pays the postage in the amount of € 3.99 if the purchase amount is lower than € 30.00, otherwise the postage costs are covered by the company Colby d.o.o.
Delivery of goods is possible only in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia.
If the purchase amount is higher than € 30.00, the customer has free postage. Regardless if they use the discount code and the price drops below € 30.00. All you have to do is enter the free delivery first and only then the discount code.
When will I receive the ordered goods?
The ordered goods are expected to be shipped within 24 hours of receiving the order. Pošta Slovenije and DPD deliver the package the next working day or no later than three working days (during the COVID-19 pandemic, this period may be extended to 6 working days). Orders received on Saturday, Sunday or a holiday will be shipped on the first following business day (usually Monday).
Can I send the product to another address or as a gift?
Yes. Products can be sent to any address within the territory of the Republic of Slovenia. If you want the recipient of the selected products or services to be a different person than the subscriber or payer of the order, press the "Send to another address" button and enter the required information for the recipient's address in the form. If you purchased the product as a gift, the recipient will not receive an invoice. We will send the invoice to the payer's e-mail address.
Products or services can be sent to another address or as a gift only on the condition that the method of payment is chosen in the e-commerce (by credit card, payment by proforma invoice, Paypal or Apple pay).
Delivery times provided for individual products are estimated according to logistic data and stock data from our warehouse. Delivery times published at the time of placing the order apply.
Despite efforts to provide accurate information, delivery date information may be inaccurate or may change during order processing. In this case, the provider will allow the customer to withdraw from the purchase.
Each product has a warranty, if so stated on the warranty certificate or invoice, and the duration of the warranty is also stated on the warranty certificate or invoice. The warranty is valid in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia.
The manufacturer or importer guarantees the quality of the product or flawless operation within the warranty period, if you use it in accordance with its purpose and the enclosed instructions. The warranty period begins on the day the product is delivered to the consumer.
The warranty period does not apply to the software! Consumables that are subject to constant wear (strips, toners, printheads, development units, batteries, ...) are also excluded from the warranty. Products broken down during the warranty period are repaired or replaced within 45 days at the latest. If this is not possible, the product will be replaced with a brand new and faultless product at the customer's request. The consumer is responsible for reducing the value of the goods if the reduction in value is a consequence of handling that is not strictly necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods. The consumer is not responsible for the reduction of the value of the goods if the company does not inform them of the right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with item 4 of the legal paragraph of Article 43.b.
The warranty does not apply to consumables. You can claim the warranty with your original invoice or with a copy and the product warranty certificate. Defective goods can be delivered to the store manager or to an authorized service centre.
When returning using the warranty, please fill out the form and enclose it when returning the product to the address Colby d.o.o., Ob Dravi 6, 2000 Maribor.
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- if the consumer has not complied with the instructions for use of the product,
- if the product has been tampered with by an unauthorized person,
- if the product is mechanically damaged,
- if the failure is due to a battery spill,
- if the fault was caused by an extreme fluctuation in mains voltage or force majeure,
- in the case of wear due to normal use
- in the case of a reclamation of consumables
According to the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), a defect is material:
- if the item does not have the characteristics necessary for its normal use or for its circulation;
- if the item does not have the characteristics necessary for the particular use for which the customer buys it, which the seller was or should have been familiar with;
- if the item does not have the characteristics and qualities that were explicitly or tacitly agreed upon or prescribed;
- if the seller has delivered an item that does not match the sample or model, unless the sample or model was shown only for notification.
Due to a material defect, the consumer can complain about the defect of the product to the seller within 24 MONTHS of receipt of the goods if they notify the seller of the defect within two months from the discovery of the defect. For defects that appear on the product after two years or after 24 MONTHS of receipt, the seller is no longer liable. The customer may request the handling of the defect or a refund of the amount paid in proportion to the defect or the replacement of the goods or a refund of the amount paid. The consumer can only assert those claims that the company can actually meet (e.g. they cannot request a repair if this is not possible, or a replacement if such a product is no longer on sale), but on the other hand the company cannot just decide how will it respond to the consumer's request (e.g. the credit offer is incorrect).
In the notification of a defect the consumer shall precisely describe the defect and enable the seller to inspect the product. If the defect is not in dispute, the company must comply with the consumer's request as soon as possible and within eight days at the latest. If there is a dispute about the defect, the company must give the consumer a written answer within the same period.
If the company unjustifiably rejects the consumer's request for a material defect to replace the defective product with a new one or refund the amount paid or repair the defect, the market inspector may issue a decision ordering the company to grant the request. It can issue a decision only if there is no dispute between the consumer and the company as to the existence of the defect or if the consumer submits the opinion of a court expert or if the defect is otherwise unequivocally proven.
When a defect appears within six months of the item being delivered, the defect shall be deemed to have existed at the time of delivery. The consumer's rights shall expire two years from the day the consumer informed the seller of the material defect.
The consumer can notify the seller of the defect via e-mail to email@example.com or by completing the form and sending it together with the product to the seller's address. The seller will refer and inform the consumer accordingly about the further return procedure.
If the package is physically damaged, the contents are missing, it shows signs of opening or if the products in the package are damaged, but the customer still took over such a package because they did not immediately notice these signs on the packaging or on the products, the customer must initiate a complaint procedure with Pošta Slovenije or the provider. To file a complaint about a damaged package, bring the package to the nearest post office in the same condition as you received it (without adding or removing anything), packed in the packaging in which you received the product or at least with the original packaging, which is usually indicator of the cause of the damage) and fill in the report on the damaged shipment, or you can arrange with the postal unit that delivered the product for their employee to visit you at home, they will then fill in the report on the damaged shipment in your presence, then the necessary replacement for the customer or the settlement of the matter is taken care of by the transport provider.
The purchase procedure in the igabiba.com online store is:
Select the product you want to buy and add it to the cart by clicking on the ''Add to cart'' icon next to the product. The products are sorted by categories, you can also find them using the search engine.
You can add any number of products to the cart. Once you're done adding, you can continue shopping, or complete your purchase. In the first case, the products in the cart will be saved for later purchase. You can delete the products in the cart as you wish (with the ''Remove'' button) or you change the quantity. Once you have finalized your order, complete the purchase by pressing the "Checkout" button. If you are a registered user, enter your username and password in the fields provided. Unregistered users fill in the form as visitors, enter their name and surname, delivery address and contact telephone number. Check that the customer's address is correct. If you are sending a product to someone as a gift, you can change the recipient's address here. In this case, the invoice will be sent to the customer and the goods to the addressee. If you send the package to another address than the subscribers, payment for the goods on delivery is not possible.
Delivery is possible via Pošta Slovenije. You also choose the method of payment, delivery terms (see above). Before clicking on the "Pay now" button, check again if the list of ordered products is correct, if you have a discount code, enter it in the appropriate window before confirming the payment. After clicking on "Pay now", placing an order, you will see a page confirming that the purchase has been accepted.
In the event of an error, the customer can cancel the order at no additional cost. The customer must send the order cancellation to the address firstname.lastname@example.org . If the order has already been shipped from the warehouse, the customer can refuse to accept the shipment, and the seller must immediately return all payments made to the consumer. In case of withdrawal from the contract, the company shall return all received payments without delay, or within 14 days after the notice of withdrawal. The company shall return received payments to the consumer with the same payment method as the consumer has used, unless the consumer explicitly requested the use of another means of payment and if the consumer does not bear any costs.
When the order is ready for shipment, we will inform you via e-mail or SMS.
It is possible to buy in quantities suitable for households.
A pre-order is the purchase of a product that will be released in the near future, and with it you can secure the product before the official release.
When pre-ordering, it is not possible to add games that are already available to the cart, only pre-orders. If you want another product from our offer, which is already available, make a purchase separately.
Payment is possible with all payment options listed in the payment terms.
You will receive the ordered goods at your address on the day of the official release. Pre-orders are shipped from our warehouse the day before the official release, the courier is Pošta Slovenije.
If for any reason the product will not be available on the day of release, you will be notified by e-mail. We reserve the right to delay delivery if the official release of the game is postponed or the supplier does not deliver the product to us on time. In this case, you will be notified of the change in a timely manner by e-mail and you may withdraw from the contract in accordance with the ZVP.
If you have already paid for the pre-order but want to cancel it, you must do so at least 5 days before the official release. In the event that you make the cancellation on time, we undertake to transfer the money to your bank account as soon as possible, within thirty days at the latest.

In the event that the provider withdraws from the contract for any reason, it shall return to the customer the full purchase price with the same means of payment as used by the consumer, unless the consumer has explicitly requested the use of another means of payment and the consumer does not incur any costs.

Igabiba.com reviews and rejects opinions prior to publication that contain obvious lies, are inappropriate, misleading or offensive. Igabiba.com is not responsible for the information in the opinions and is limited from any liability arising from the information provided in the opinions.
Igabiba.com has the option of withdrawing from the contract only if an obvious error is detected (Article 46 of the OZ). An obvious error is considered to be an error in the essential characteristics of the item and all errors that are considered decisive according to the customs of the store or the intention of the customers and which igabiba.com would not confirm or conclude the contract in case of knowing. Only one discount code can be used to purchase one product. The number of discount codes must not exceed the number of different products ordered.

A gift card is an identification paper issued by the seller Colby d.o.o. upon payment in electronic form (the customer receives an e-mail with the gift card code). Each gift card is marked with its own code (unique serial number), and the seller Colby d.o.o. is obliged to accept it as payment for the purchase through the igabiba.com online store.
The gift card can be purchased in the igabiba.com online store. The purchase of a gift card is subject to the same terms of business as the purchase of other products, except for the method of payment. A gift card can be paid with a payment or credit card. In case of a larger order of gift cards, you can send your inquiry to email@example.com. In this case, there is the possibility of payment by pro-forma invoice. The validity of the gift card is 3 months from the issue of the card, unless otherwise indicated on the card.
It is not possible to change the gift card for cash. The card does not need to be redeemed in full for one order, but can be divided into several orders. In case the value of the purchase is higher than the value of the gift card, the gift card holder must pay the difference.
Use of the gift card:
- Select the item you want to buy and place it in the cart. Continue and complete the order. Select a delivery method, specify a delivery address, and select a payment method.
- Enter the gift card code in the "Discount code" field and confirm by clicking the Apply button. To redeem multiple cards, enter the card code and click Apply. Repeat this process.
- When you enter codes, the value of gift cards is automatically deducted from the price of your order. The amount to be settled remains.
- Then you only need to submit the online order.
Within one online order, we allow you to use several gift cards and promotional codes at the same time, while only one discount code can be entered. Enter all of the above in the "Discount Code" field when placing an online order by entering the code in the field and clicking Apply. Repeat this process.
If the order or part of the order is cancelled and therefore the gift cards are not redeemed, we will replace your cards with new gift cards. We will return your paid money to your current account or credit card if you made a purchase with it. All you have to do is give us the codes of your redeemed gift cards and your transaction account number.
Each gift card comes with a unique code that can only be used once. If the gift card has expired, it can no longer be exchanged, its monetary value required to be paid out, or its validity extended.
A set is a set of two to several products. When you buy a product through the igabiba.com online store, the system offers you other products and thus saves on price. The additional product within the set is subject to special savings, which will be visible in the shopping cart before placing the online order.
Gifts added to individual products are not retained when creating a set (sets are always created without gifts). Within different sets, the savings vary.
You can also use the gift card, promotional code, discount code when buying a set, but only one of the previously listed options. Enter the gift card, promotional code, discount code in the "Discount code" field. Then click the Apply button.
The purchase procedure for legal entities is exactly the same as for natural persons, only that in the first step you select the option invoice to company and confirm your agreement with the terms and conditions.
If you want an invoice to company, you accept the terms and conditions that apply to companies. The main difference is in the possibilities of withdrawal from the contract: We enable legal or natural persons who perform a gainful activity to return the delivered goods within the warranty conditions. The listed legal entities do not have the option of withdrawing from the contract within 14 days of the receipt of products without a reason, as is the case for consumers (natural persons).
Refunds for legal entities are not possible. The General terms and conditions of the igabiba.com online store also apply to purchases by legal entities. You can read more about the possibilities of returns within the warranty conditions in the section above entitled "Complaints (material defect, warranty, damage)".
The igabiba.com online store enables the following methods of payment for legal entities and natural persons performing gainful activity:
- with cash on delivery* (limit of cash payment up to € 420 with VAT)
- by transfer to the account of the manager Colby d.o.o. according to the offer/proforma invoice
- with payment or credit card (MasterCard®, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express)
- Apple Pay
*For individual orders, we reserve the right to request payment by bank transfer to the account of Colby d.o.o. according to the offer/proforma invoice, whereby the Price is still valid.
All ratings, opinions and comments submitted on the online store igabiba.com contribute to a better user experience and represent the aspect of product presentation, which gives the potential customer additional information and tries to help them buy the optimal product for their needs and requirements. The opinions, ratings and comments that customers write are part of the functionality of the online store, and are intended for the community of all users.
The possibility of publishing a rating, opinion and comment is available to all users of the igabiba.com online store. Colby d.o.o. will review the rating, opinion or comment before publishing it, and assess whether it meets the criteria for publication. Ratings, opinions, comments that are in any way inappropriate or offensive and thus do not represent a constructive contribution and do not benefit other users of the online store will not be published.
The igabiba.com online store and its manager Colby d.o.o. respect the applicable legislation on consumer protection and make every effort to fulfil their duty to establish an effective complaint handling system and appoint a person with whom, in case of problems, the customer can contact by e-mail. A complaint can be submitted via the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org. The procedure for handling a complaint is confidential.
The competent staff in the company will decide on the appeal as soon as possible, or no later than within 15 days of receiving all the documentation required for the assessment. The company will send a response to the complaint with appropriate explanations in writing to the customer's contact address (in most cases to an e-mail address). The party has the right to file an objection to the reply.
Colby d.o.o. will send the decision on the objection with appropriate explanations in writing to the customer's contact address within 15 working days. This completes the company's decision and completes the internal appeal procedure. If the party is not satisfied with the resolution of the appeal, they can file a lawsuit with the competent court.
Colby d.o.o. is aware that the essential characteristic of consumer disputes is the disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the time needed and the costs arising out of the settlement of the dispute, which is also the main obstacle for the consumer not to bring a dispute before the court. That's why Colby d.o.o. strives to do its best to resolve any dispute by mutual consent. Otherwise, the parties agree that the dispute will be resolved by the court with substantive and territorial jurisdiction.
In accordance with the legal norms, Colby d.o.o. does not recognise any performer of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes as responsible for resolving a consumer dispute that the consumer could launch in accordance with the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes Act.
