Refund Policy
RETURN OF GOODS AND CONTRACT CANCELLATION - Online Purchase
In accordance with consumer protection law, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase or contract and return the product within 14 days of receiving the shipment without providing a reason. The period starts one day after the date of receipt of the ordered goods. The goods must be returned to the seller by mail to the company's address no later than 14 days from the date of submission of the withdrawal notification.
If the conditions for withdrawal from the contract (purchase) are met, we undertake to refund the received payment to the buyer as soon as possible or no later than 14 days from receiving the return request. The seller will return the received payments to the buyer using the same payment method used by the buyer or as a credit or gift voucher if the consumer explicitly agrees to this method. If a bonus, discount code, or promotional code was used during the purchase, these funds are considered a discount and are not refunded to the buyer. Only the paid amount is refunded.
The seller reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned goods are received or until the buyer provides proof that the goods have been sent back to the specified address.
In case of contract withdrawal (purchase), the buyer must return the goods to the seller undamaged, in unchanged quantity, and unused (the goods may only be used to the extent necessary to determine their characteristics and functionality), as is usual in physical stores.
If the goods were purchased as a set, all components of the set must be returned.
The withdrawal notification must be made by an unambiguous statement clearly indicating the withdrawal from the contract. The notification should be sent to the email address info@igabiba.com and included in the package with the returned products. It is recommended to include a copy of the invoice in the package.
The buyer is considered to have submitted the withdrawal statement on time if it is sent within the specified withdrawal period. The burden of proof regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal lies with the buyer.

Where you are exercising your right to change your mind, you must pay the costs of return.
The buyer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract in the following cases:

Contracts for goods or services whose price depends on market fluctuations beyond the company's control that may occur within the withdrawal period.

Contracts for goods made according to the consumer's precise instructions and tailored to their personal needs.

Contracts for the supply of sealed audio or video recordings and computer programs, if the consumer has opened the security seal after delivery.

Contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if the consumer has opened the seal after delivery.
To ensure a smooth withdrawal process, please consider the following when making a remote purchase:

Carefully open the packaging and keep it unchanged until you are fully sure the product is suitable (please return the product in its original undamaged packaging).

Visible signs of use (dust, hair, scratches, stains, dirt) are not acceptable for withdrawal as they are considered hygienically questionable.

Visible signs of assembly (used guides, installation scratches) are damages that occur during installation of appliances. Do not install appliances (e.g., TV) until you are sure they meet your requirements.
If the purchase is made by a legal or natural person performing a gainful activity, regardless of its legal organizational form or ownership, these provisions do not apply. We allow legal or natural persons performing a gainful activity to return delivered items under warranty conditions.
Warranty and Conformity Guarantee, Damage to Goods
If the product does not function flawlessly during the warranty period or does not have the features specified in the warranty certificate, the buyer may file a warranty claim. The warranty is valid within the Republic of Slovenia.
The warrantor guarantees the flawless operation of the device included in the sales package and starts from the date of delivery of the goods to the consumer. The warrantor ensures that within the warranty period, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge within 30 days from the date the authorized service receives the repair request. This period may be extended by up to 15 days if it involves a complex repair or replacement.
The warranty period begins with the delivery of goods to the consumer. The product may consist of several different parts, which may have different warranty periods:

Twelve (12) months for terminals and terminals with built-in batteries;

Twelve (12) months for accessories: chargers, headphones, cables (whether included in the sales package or sold separately) and consumable parts: batteries (if not built into the terminal).
In the case of a warranty repair, the warranty period is extended by the duration of the repair process. In the case of replacing a significant part of the device (such as the mainboard), the warranty for the replaced part is extended by 12 months from the completion of the service process.
The warranty can be claimed with the original invoice or a copy and the warranty certificate. Faulty goods can be delivered to the store's headquarters or the authorized service center listed on the warranty certificate.
The warranty does not cover consumable materials. The manufacturer covers the costs of material, spare parts, labor, and transport.
